Let's look over five more anime series in the same vein as Nisekoi. Many of them are quite well written and animated! These series can make a viewer laugh, cry, squirm in their seat and feel all kinds of nostalgia for their high school days (or even their college days).

Here are 10 anime to watch if you like Nisekoi. Yeah yeah, the girls are head over heels in love with Raku but does Raku have a clue NO. No wonder it's called Nisekoi (False Love) because there isn't any in it. It's just 12 episodes filled with comedy. Those looking for something similar are in luck. Nisekoi: barley gives any progression to the story. Though its two seasons don’t cover most of the story, Nisekoi’s anime adaptation was still an enjoyable ride from start to finish. Their contributions to the anime really helped it stand on its own.

Jump has featured similar series in the past, and Nisekoi thrived alongside other series like Naruto, Food Wars, One Pieceand even My Hero Academiafor a time. The series is primarily a romantic comedy with harem elements sprinkled in as well. In Nisekoi, there were only two likely suitors.Published in Weekly Shounen Jump from 2011-2016, Nisekoiwasn’t like most of the others series published in the magazine during its run. I thought there was another show that I had seen with a strikingly similar plot to Nisekoi (sans the key nonsense), it maybe just be Quintessential Quintuplets I was thinking of. Kiznaiver - Same as Punch Line, except it's not really a comedy (though it has a comedic relief character). Punch Line - If you want a comedy in which the main character is connected to one or more of the characters because of events that occurred when they were kids. (No romance.)Īsteroid in Love - If you want a SOL in which the main character made a promise to someone when they were little and reunited with them years later in high school. Hinamatsuri - If you want a comedy in which the main character is tied to the Japanese criminal underworld. Quintessential Quintuplets - Harem Comedy in which the MC is shown to have met one (or maybe more) of them as little kids but doesn't remember who she was.
